This exciting development is the world's first healthcare free zone, boasts two complementary communities: the Medical Community and the Wellness Community. The Medical Community, which focuses on acute care services, occupies an area of 4.1 million square feet. The Wellness Community covers 19 million square feet. The entire project will be the largest international medical center between "East" and "West".
